Flexible Page Layouts

I have a problem in my website. When i minimize and maximize it the image is position to right, when i test it to the desktop of my classmate. I use to desktop computer to edit it. i know that we have different screen resolution. how can i make it flexible.

Try using CSS to create a fixed layout page...create a <div class="classname"></div> and insert all your website code within it then in CSS part use "max-width" property to fix the layout....so after this whenever you will open your page in others computer it will not get disorted.
