Can half space be created with html?

I would like to have the space between words in the sentence halved in
my web pages. There is no way to accomplish that, as far as I know.
But maybe there is a way. Thanks for information.

That would be the CSS word-spacing property.

But more to the point, why would you want to make your text harder to read
for your visitors?
