Help with Google map appearing on search

347 100+
Not even sure if any help can be given on this from here but i have a business that if you search for in google using yaketyyak you get a map with the search result but if you search for yakety yak you do not!!!!

Any ideas on why this is happening would be helpful, just to add i do not actually have yaketyyak as a keyword in my meta tags.

thanks

Colin
