Why does my Container keep shifting?

http://www.ahtr.com/temp/equipment.php

I have quite an annoyance on the current page I am developing. When switching between equipment lists, the container seems to shift left to right about 10px. I've looked through the code and can not find an explanation to why this is happening.

Anybody have any ideas on this? Thanks in advance.
