Background Image resizing on different resolutions

1
I designed a website template. I have no knowledge of coding but I still want to try.

I sliced the website in photoshop. so now I basically have lots of little images building the site I guess. So far so good.

I designed the site for my resolution which is 1920x in width.

But when the site opens on lower resolutions than that, they will need to scroll to the sides. You know what I mean? It's showing the full x1920 that obviously doesn't fit onto their screen so they need to side-scroll. I dont want them to have to though. I want the background image to automatically adjust to the viewers resoltuion. But I dont know how to do that. Again, I have no knowledge of these things... And remember its not just 1 background image. Cause I sliced the whole stuff essentially the whole website is images. I hope you understand what I mean and can help me, fast if possible :x

It's a index.html file, also. Thought I would mention that.

I uploaded the index.html file for you to see.
