Opera horizontal scrolling problem

Hello there!
I got a little problem that drives me mad now. Problem is with Opera (IE and FF work fine). When I try to horizontally scroll page in Opera, after certain width, links just become inactive. It's very weird and I got absolutely no clue what could that be. Website in question:

http://bartfx.webege.com/

When you press links 1-4 it sends you to boxes 1-4 respectively and all links work alright. But when you go to Box 7 all become inactive.

I'd really be grateful for any help.

Best regards
