What is the best code editor for CSS / HTML development?

I've started a web design service for local small businesses. I am looking for a hthml and css editor that would have some kind of project management built in so that I can switch between client work.

Do you have any suggestions?

It would be nice if it had the following feautures

- project management
- version management system
- a built in webserver
- abilty to upload directly from the editor

I do web design and I am using NetBeans. You can download lots of useful project management plugins for this IDE/ code editor.
Hope this helps =)

Take a look on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_HTML_editors and http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2008...tors-reviewed/

Short options may include:
Aptana
Kmodo Edit
CodeLobster
Notepad++
PSPad

but if you have extra money, just go with Dreamweaver.
