How to increase the number of pages for site in google cache

hello all my name is robert and I am new here! I have a question on cache control. I am stuck behind a big isp For a motorsports company. I do alot of internet marketing and work with google quite a bit. my question is how do i cache all of our pages on thier server. some pages are cached and some are not? I looked at a local competitor that has the same hosting provider but they have 200% more google cache pages. I do every day submit our site to thier server to get crawled I work with the web tools alot but it doesnt offer much advise on this subject. Mind you our competitor has the same products and pages. What are they doing diffrently.than me? our site us27motorsports thier site fullthrottlemotorsports could someone look into this and please give me some direction Thanks in advance for your time

Very interesting question...I'm curious as to the responses you get.

I don't know how your pages are cached by google but I have learned that it is not a good idea to constantly change your site like you mentioned that you are doing....unless it's a meant to be (like a blog or something).

Not necessary. Once they have your site indexed, they'll take care of the rest.

It's not necessary but I have heard that you can submit to google when you've made a change to let them know that your content needs to be updated.

I really need to find a course or something on the topic of SEO.

Google's robot visits every so often no matter what but they also use xml sitemaps, as does Yahoo and others, where you can tell them how often you expect those pages to change, what's worth following, all the important links, etc. Google now looks at RDFa and microformat content, too.
