which element to use for the requirement

hi,
I am developing a hospital system where in the nurse chooses a slot for a doctor for appointment like 10:00, 10:15 slot like it.

i need to show different conditions when showing the slots like, booked,free,and not yet arrived using color schemes. what element should i use for this purpose..a radio button? can i style the button using different color schemes?
