How to link a paragraph that can be used in multiple web page?

1
I would like to attach my contact details in more blog/web page that I've posted. But when I change my contacts, I've to re-edit all of the one by one. How can I do it in a simple way? How can I just change 1 paragraph and all of other web page from multiple site will synchronize together?

I'm looking for some technique or feature that we used in linking picture to multiple blog/web page, but I just need to link the same formatted text information to multiple blog/web page.

Please guide me here. Thank you.

I think a server side script (including SSI) can do that for you.
