positioning an image at the VERY top of the page

background-color:#ebfaff;
margin-top:0px;
border-top:none;
padding-top:0px;
top:0px;

}

above is the css code I'm currently using. I'd like to position my image, so that it looks like the banner at the top of this page:

My problem is that I still have 1 or 2 pixels of white space above my top image.

Any idea how I can make it look more like the example in the link, where the image is coming right out of the top of the page?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm pretty new to this and I'm guessing its something simple.

did you have a look at the CSS they are using?

I think I managed to get it close enough. I just set all the alignment settings I could find to top.I'm relatively happy with it and have managed to move on.

I didn't realize capturing the css was an option. I can see the html, but I'm not sure how to check the css on someone else's site.

in the html site, there is the CSS linked, more comfortable is using Firebug, though.
