about cascading style sheet

good day, guru! I have a problem regarding with css and here it is, I do have a web page and in that page i have a external css files called. It works but when I add another external css file link it displays the new external css files not the previous one. And one thing that to note that I do have an option for the user to change the style of the css. So when I click the button for the different choices it won't work properly and it displays the new external css files I added in my page. Please help me. Thank you very much.
