How can i write a CSS code that can embed an image behind a text i was told CSS can do it

Use the background-image property for the element containing the text.

When i mean embeding/hidding an image behind a text i mean steganography is it possible to do that in css and if it is how can i do it

so what do you want to hide? with css you cannot 'combine' information ... in a single image you can ... so to give you better advice you should tell a bit more precisly what you current requirement is ...
