embedding html into tcl

Hi all,
I wants to create a web page using tcl scripting which embedds html tags.
But i didnot find any example how to do.
Please anyone can explain how to create a simple web page using textboxes and buttons. If i clicked that button, it has to display some text (using tcl scripting).
please anybody can give one simple example.
