How do I layout an input data sheet with multiple input text boxed on a
horizontal line.

One: [ Text Box] Two [ Text Box ] Three [ Text Box ] Four [ Text box]

Is there an example of this type of layout on the internet that I can use as
a sample?

Yes, that's what I was looking for. Thanks. In fact, that is so simple I'm
embarrassed I didn't come up with. I'll have to go back and look at why I
