CSS: Multiple centered images

hey there,

I am seeking some help in relation to centering multiple images with inline content, I have read the thread (http://bytes.com/forum/thread99970.html) and I tried the method described on the WC3 page found (http://www.w3.org/Style/Examples/007/center.html). I used the following method

I
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. MG.displayed {
  2.     display: block;
  3.     margin-left: auto;
  4.     margin-right: auto }
...

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. <IMG class="displayed" src="..." alt="...">
my question is, is it possible using CSS to make multiple images line up horizontally? of course when I use the above method it wont display multiple images in line with each other, will only show the one above the other.

any help is appreciated.
