Footer in CSS messup help

I got some problem with my website. The problem is that the footer of the page got messed up when the site get long and need to be scrolled.

This is how the page look like when there is no scrolling, and the footer is working: http://www.valdresskigard.no/new/index.html

When I try to add some more text, so the page needed to be scrolled, it looks like this, and the background of the footer get messed up: http://www.valdresskigard.no/new/index4.html

Is there anyone who are able to check my site, and my code and see if there is any way I solve this?

thank you! :)
