Now Firefox isn't spacing my divs right

Sorry, me again. Now I have the opposite problem.

Actually, I'm fairly certain Firefox is spacing them right, I just can't see what is wrong with my code.

I've got the site live at
http://www.curtisrutland.com, so I won't repaste all my code.
Here's a link to my stylesheet.

If you load the site in IE, and then Firefox, the problem is fairly obvious.

I've been looking over all my CSS over and over again, and nothing is jumping out to me. Maybe I just need a pair of fresh eyes to look at it.

No. Another IE bug. I don't have my dev stuff right now so I can't look but on the first "This is a title", see if setting that margin to zero doesn't fix it.

Fixed the problem with the top round cap. Now I have to fix the bottom one.

Edit:
While we are all here anyway, feel free to toss any feedback about the site's design. Negative is fine, that's the only way I'll learn.

Got it!!!!!

the other problem was the margin on the "This is a footer" and the hr.

I guess I'll add line breaks to do my spacing then.

But critique is still welcome.

Thanks, dr.

No. That's what margin/padding are for.
