How to make subject of your email in Hotmai lor Outlook a web link.

I have seen hotmail e-mails with thier subjects as a website link.


With HTML, i have used mailto: tag and tried making the subject a link but it doesn't work like that

Does anyone know how to do it?

Thanks for your responce acoder but this is not waht i am looking for.

I want to make the subject link an active http link itself ---- so that the subject link can be clicked on to go to a specific web page.

For example, you see a subject in hotmail message. i want to make that subject a link itself.

I had an email sent to my hotmail address. It is now deleted. That email had an http link ints subject line .

I wonder how someone had done it.

This is either a feature in Hotmail/Outlook or someone had applied a trick.

Well, I'm not sure how that was done. Must be a Hotmail/Outlook-specific thing.

You could try an anchor with a href, but that may mess up with other clients (if it even works for Hotmail).
