Refresh frames to default page

My html page is divided in to 4 frames.
1 frame is a left panel having different hyperlinks.And other 3 frames will show the result on selecting the hyperlink as per the logic.

Initially it works fine when I open the HTML and select the hyperlink.
But next time when I click on another hyperlink in the left panel.I want all others frames except the one which is targted by the hyperlink to be refreshed.

check out this link. seems Okay. but you need a bit of javascript.

if the page is a bit complex ask one of the javascript geniuses in the other forum
