I have an application form that I want to use on my website. I have the form all set up, submits fine, but what I am not sure of is what to do with the data after I recieve it. I get an email where each field and value is on o new line, so importing the info to access doesnt work right, putting all fields into colum Feild1 and all of the values into Feild2. I need to be able to get this info onto a readable format for HR. Please help

so what i understand from your question is that you submit a form with a mailto action and then you wnat to import the data to an access database? why don't you submit it directly to a server and let a serverside script connect and set the values to the database ... however it doesn't seem to be a html/css-question ...

in case you want to use a serverside script then tell us which language you want to use and a mod could move it to a better suited forum ...

If you have a form that is written in php then I would create a db (database) so that the data would be save there, and you can also receive an email of that application.
When creating the db your fields need to be the same length along with the field name, and value (ie string, int).
Then write a php so that it will make a copy to HR
