Menu links in frame not working after I link to external site usingIE

Can anybody please help me with this one.

I have just changed my hosting company and moved a web site to it.
For some reason my framed menus now no longer works correctly.()
I have set up up a simple test for it at
http://www.ashbourne-town.com/test_frame.htm

The problem is that as long as I stay within my own website pages the
top menu links work fine.

But as soon as I click on an external URL on one of my pages
(displayed in the bottom frame) I get the external site displayed ok
in the bottom frame, but now the menu links in the top frame no longer
work and I can not get back to my own site - unless I use the "back"
button.

This only happens in Internet Explorer - in FireFox every thing works
ok. - I'm stumped :-(

I use Dreamweaver MX 2004.
I have asked my new hosting company, why it does not work on their
servers but did on my previous company but they have no idea.

In hope

Check IE security settings.

Look for "Navigate sub-frames across different domains"

Set it to Enable or Prompt.
