How to convert html file to .txt file

I am having some html files, I have to traverse that file and I want to
store the values and text in database.

If there is any converter please send me the software(free version)

First, it is against TSDN Posting Guidelines to post your personal email or URL in the Forums. That said, I have removed it for you. Instead, ask users to PM you. That way you can exchange information and nobody can screen scrape for your information.

Second, I don't know of any program that would do this, but I am sure you could use something like Perl or even Python to do this for you.
