How to retrieve a web form on my website by email?

Hello
I have embeded a form into my web page that will allow visitors to send my a reply which will be sent to me through my email. I am using Microsoft Publisher 2003 and have inserted the below code fragment as an object. The only thing that I have changed in displaying this code is not revealing the website that I am in the process of designing. When I preview it everything works great except when I push the "Send" button. It tells me that it is going to send it by email and asks me to click "O.K." but I recieve nothing by email. I am using Outlook as the program that retrieves my email. Does anyone have any suggestions to make this work properly?
Thank you!

First, please abide by TSDN posting policy and do not put your personal email addresses or URL's in your posts. They will and have been, removed from your post(s).

As for your form, I don't know that you can put a "mailto:" as the action of your form and have it work. Every time I have designed a form, I have used something (in my case, Perl) to process the forms values that were submitted, and sent them via email to the intended recipients.

From some place like hotscripts.com you can find free scripts that process forms when the submit button is pressed and typically need minimal configuration.

Regards,

Jeff
