rotate the chinese characters using CSS

Hi,
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<!-- saved from url=(0041)http://localhost:8080/vops/SimpleJsp1.jsp -->
<HTML><HEAD><TITLE>SimpleExample.jsp</TITLE>
<META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
<META content="MSHTML 6.00.2900.2873" name=GENERATOR>
<META http-equiv=Content-Style-Type content=text/css></HEAD>

<DIV
style="FILTER: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.BasicImage(rotat ion=3); WIDTH: 100px; HEIGHT: 100px">已达出关港或当地接收方</DIV></BODY></HTML>
Here we are placing the text from bottom to top. It's appearing properly. But when we place it in the table it's showing error, not error the text is not appearing.
