Link target to the Main Page

Hey ppl,

Well, I don't know if the following problem is doable or not, but still i'm gonna post it :-):

I have a page (index), with 3 frames (top.asp, menu.asp and main.asp). When a user loads the page, a pop-up will appear with a certain kind of information. Inside that pop-up, it will have something saying "click here if bla bla". Well, the problem is that I would like to be able to allow a user to click in the link inside the pop-up and making the target for the page that is behing (index) and changing only the frame main.asp.

Is that possible? it yes, how?

Thks for your help

html is not a programming language. You should ask this on the javascript or asp board.
