Comic Sans MS is a Windows only font, however, it is possible to install this font on your system and use it, but you need to ask on the Linux board here, or the documentation for your distribution on how to do that.

I would just like to point out that the "font" element has been deprecated, and that you should use CSS instead.

If you do not know CSS but would like to learn here's a great tutorial on it.

Hope it helps, Thanks, Death
