UTF8 blocks

Hi,

How do I know what ranges of utf8 are installed by default on each browser?

How can I install more characters in IE and FF?

Is there some good reading resource about utf8?

Thanks

Thank you for your answer.

I`ve tried this links but couldn`t find what can I do when the browser doesn`t support the range of characters I need. For example my FF support the The Mathematical Operators range 8704-8959 but my IE7 missing some of them on this page:
http://www1.tip.nl/~t876506/UnicodeDisplay.html

Can I offer my users to install this characters or maybe can I make a plugin?

Thanks
