Need help in html

I want to find a program that can run a HTML code when you put it into the program. I wanted it as a program so I could put it on my flash drive. So for the proper programe i have visited a number of website mostly some web site design company site but can't find a good program for this.

But the problem is, here we are not providing any free code to anyone. We encourage user to write there own code. Then can take help from our experts if required to do so . Ttry to write your own code .

jsut save it has a whatever.html and then open it and make a shoetcut on your flash drive i think this is what you want

Besides, you don't "run" html. HTML is a language designed to display data and information. It isn't intended to be run. Instead, it is meant to be viewed.
