Getting rid of padding around HTML FORM.

I just answered my own question (below), thanks!

I have two forms each with a single submit button. They are graphically laid out one above the other. They naturally have a space between them about the height of a button it's self. Is there a way i can make the two button appear one directly on top of the other? Forms seem to be rendered with a padding around them.
<table border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
<tr>
<td>
<form name="form1" method="post" padding="0" action="page.php">
<input name="Input1" type="submit" value="value1">
</form></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>
<form name="form1" method="post" action="page.php">
<input name="Input2" type="submit" value="value2">
</form></td>
</tr>
</table>
I suppose i could do something with CSS but i haven't learned to use it yet. Is there any way to move them together with html?

I added a STYLE="" to the form to get rid of the padding like this:
<form STYLE="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; name="form1" method="post" action="page.php">
