You have posted your question under HTML/CSS Articles instead of the HTML/CSS Forum.

I have moved it across for you.

In the future, please be sure to post all questions in the Forum rather than the articles.

As per your question, you want to show the button to the user, but when the user click or select, the value should not submit rite. If this is your question, then do one think, dont assign any name to you button or dont assign any value. See the following example.
<form name="form_name" action="#" method="post">
<input type="radio" name="radio" value="Male">Male
<input type="radion" name="radio" value="Female">Female<br>
<input type="Submit" value="Submit" name="submit">
</form>
this is the normal case
if you dont like to pass in value then don't assign any value like the below
<form name="form_name" action="#" method="post">
<input type="radio" name="radio" value="">Male
<input type="radion" name="radio" value="">Female<br>
<input type="Submit" value="Submit" name="submit">
</form>
try it
