Non CSS menu using IFRAMES - Need Opinion

4
I have coded a Non-CSS menu using IFRAMES which I would like your opinion on.
It seems to work in all the browsers I've tested. Do you see any disadvantages in using something like this.

Here is the code.

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. <style>
  2. #top {
  3. position: absolute;
  4. left: 4%;
  5. TOP: 4%;
  6. width: 92%;
  7. height: 20%;
  8. color: #ffffff;
  9. background-color:#FFFFFF;
  10. border-style: solid;
  11. border-width: 1px
  12. }
  13.
  14. #center {
  15. position: absolute;
  16. TOP: 24%;
  17. left: 23.5%;
  18. width: 49%;
  19. height: 65%;
  20. color: #990000;
  21. background-color:#FFFFFF;
  22. border-style: solid;
  23. border-width: 1px
  24. }
  25. </style>
  26.
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. <DIV ID="top">
  2.
  3. <div style="position: absolute; height: 2%; top: 70.5%; left: 11.5%; width: 85%;">
  4. <a href="homepageNEW2.htm" target="cwindow" onclick="window.frames['nwindow'].location='navblank.htm'">HOME</a> &nbsp;/&nbsp;

  17. </div>
  18.
  19. <div style="position: absolute; top: 85%; height: 15%; left: 1%; width: 98%;"><iframe name="nwindow" src="navblank.htm" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"
  20. height="100%" width="100%"> </iframe></div>
  21.
  22. </DIV>
  23.
  24. <DIV ID="center">
  25.
  26. <div style="position: absolute; top: 0%; height: 100%; left: 1%; width: 98%;"><iframe name="cwindow" src="homepageNEW2.htm" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" frameborder="0" height="96%" width="100%"> </iframe></div>
