2 CSS problems on Firefox and IE6(new to CSS)

2 problems:

1. I am having problem viewing my site www.likepoint.com on Firefox site.Essentially if you look at the 'Recent Members' on the right side, you would see on Firefox that the recent members Object overlap on each other. It works ok on IE6. Would someone be able to tell me the problem.
2. This problem is on IE6 for www.likepoint.com related to mouse over. When a user clicks on 'Home Blogs' and move the mouse over sub-categories, the size of the page shrinks to a small size hiding some of the content. Could somebody be able to tell me what is going in here?

Thanks, -Taza

You have 216 html errors and about 25 CSS errors. Fix those first.
