I've tried getting rid of the repeat. It causes my page to shift. The actual file of the image is 1px by 920 its the 1 px same as the right that is getting repeated to cause the larger black right side.
What I tried to do is create the actual image the size of the right side identical to the left so its 246 w x 920 height, but i don't want the reapeat just the actual image to display once. When i change that in the code my page shifts.
