wiki2html in C?

Dear Sirs,

there seems to plenty of formatters that eat some wiki-syntax and produce
html, like http://sourceforge.net/projects/wiki2xhtml/ but common thing
with all programs I've that far came across is that they're all written
in either java or python -is there anything for the same purpose that
would have been written in C?

It's written in C
