Hyperlink a URL

I am novice and would like to know how I can use the name of a web page such as: City of Growth as a hyperlink? instead of copy and pasting the URL into an email, what coversion do I use . . . Thank you for your input

The anchor tag might help. Read more about it here: http://w3schools.com/html/html_links.asp

If the link is going in an email you need to make sure the email program (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) supports HTML formatted emails.
