IE 7 & Mozilla Firefox display problem

Hi Everyone,
I am new for HTML coding so I face many more problem. first one I do html coding according to IE 6 but in IE7 & Mozilla Firefox explore doesn't display properly. where I change in coding that display properly every explore.

Never, ever use any version of IE as your test browser. They are nine years behind web standards, old and buggy. Always use a modern browser, such as Firefox, Opera or Safari. Check some of the articles under Articles above.
