Problem in FRAME

Hi
I am new in html & php. I have a page with frame: named frame1,frame2 & frame2.
frame1 contains some menu and sub menu.This menu items are long and I cannot view all of them because of frame2. I like to view those menu item over frame1 and frame2. Could you please help me
