Help with HTML in Emails please?

I've searched and searched for a tutorial for sending HTML in Emails and nothing was any good.

Can anyone here give me some pointers?

Are you looking for web based html email sending application? If so, you have to use Server side scripts. Because pure HTML is not enough to send web based mails
