How to load a page in a html table cell?

Hi,
I am using a table to create a layout. It basically splits the browser into two. In one of the cell's I would like to load a webpage. How can I do that? Do I have to use something else to create the layout in table's dont support that

I don't know if you can or not, but I know it's easily achieved with frames.

Not to sure why you would want to have two website on one page. This is not goood web designing. If you need to Frame would be the best bet. I whould have a header frame then two frame below the header.
Think about the rest of the website, how many pages are you going to have.
Remember the if you place two webpages in one page you will not be able to see the whole site, even with window bars (sliders).

thank you for the replies. I have been able to use a iframe in the cell to load a webpage. I will look to see if I can use frames in total.
