frames inside iframe

20
Hello. I have a question.
Why can't I display a page with frames inside an iframe?
If I put in an address of a page that has no frames for src = it works fine.
Thanks.

Hello.
I've posted this question at four different forums (three at microsoft office sharepoint discussions) and no one has replied. Is the question vague?
I'm actually using Sharepoint 2002 and want to display a page with frames in a page using a Page Viewer Webpart (I looked at the source and it's just <iframe>). When I use the Page Viewer to display a page with no frames, it displays fine. I get errors when I put in a url for a page with frames.

I was thinkin maybe I can't display frames inside iframe so...using frontpage 2002...I made a new page, put in a url for a page with frames to be displayed with the iframe and had errors again. Page with no frames displayed fine.

Anyone have any ideas?
I will try it again and copy the error...and post again...
Thank you for your time.

aha....sorry....I think it's a problem with that particular page. I put in a url for a different page with frames and it displays with no problems!
