How to make the flexible page size

I am designing the master page and now I have run into the problem with the page size. I want the flexible size-width and height of the page fit with any resolution of the screen when I maximize it and when I resize the browser it can resize its size.

Here is my code:
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="height:100%;width:100%;border-top:2px solid #5D646D;" runat="server" id="myTable">
<tr valign="top" align="center" style="background-color:#5d646d;" id="TopContentRow">

<td style="border-top:1px solid #5D646D; width:154px; text-align:left; padding-top:0px;">
<div style="width:154px;z-index:1; ">
<asp:Image ID="uxNavigationLeftImage" runat="server" ImageUrl="../styles/skins/<%skinPath%>/navshape_<%skinPath%>.jpg" Width="154px" />
<div style="position:absolute;top:110px;left:4px;width: 140px;z-index:2; border-bottom:solid 2px #5d646d;">
<a class="sci-addMenuTop" href="">View All Site Content </a>
<asp:Xml ID="uxSubMenu" runat="server"></asp:Xml>

<td style="border-top:1px solid #5D646D;background-color:#B6BCC4;padding-top:0px;" id="TopContentColumn" runat="server">
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="height:100%;width:100%;">
<td align="center" style="height:10px;background-color:#B6BCC4;" id="uxTopContentSubColumn" runat="server">

<tr style="height:100%;" >
<td style="border:solid 1px #5d646d; border-right-width:2px; height:100%; background-color:White;">
<asp:ContentPlaceHolder ID="uxContentPlaceHolder1" runat="server" >

<td style="border-top:1px solid #5D646D;width:10px;background-color:#5D646D;" id="NavigationRigthColumn" runat="server">
<div style="width:10px;z-index:1; ">
<asp:Image ID="uxNavigationRightImage" ImageUrl="../styles/skins/<%skinPath%>/navshape_<%skinPath%>.jpg" runat="server" Width="10px" Height="359px" />
<tr><td colspan="3" valign="bottom" style="border-top:1px solid #5D646D;height:10px;background-color:#5D646D;" id="BottomContentColumn"><img alt="" src="" height="10px" /></td></tr>
I think the problem is in the ContentPlaceHolder. If you have any experiences with this please give me some suggestion.

Thank you in advance!!

It's difficult to help because you have asp code mixed in and few of us use asp. Also, you should never use tables for layout. If you use <div> and CSS, it would be easy.
