div overflow not scrolling in MAC/Safari

Dear All,

After developing this page I noticed that in Opera and Safari Mac that the page will not scroll. This works well in IE6/IE7/Firefox/Safari for windows but NOT safari MAC and opera (windows)
How is this possible? I am doing something wrong?
