column freezing problems

3
Hi, I have 30 columns in a table and i freeze the first 2 columns of the table. When I do that, the height of the rows automaticallu increases to some 2 or 3 pixels and the first column after freezed columns is top aligned. When I dom not freeze the first 2 columns, the first column after freezed column is valigned middle. Can you please provide a solution like the height should remain the same when I freeze or do not freeze columns
