Anchor through CSS

hi,all members

greetings of the day,

I want to give a anchor link on image througn CSS is it possible or not?

The image on which i want to give anchor link is also called from CSS.

if this is possible then reply me as soon as possible.

I dont know anything about css but i do know how to add a link in an image if thats what you need.
