Centering Tables/LayoutTables not same in Internet Explorer and Mozilla

1
I need the folowing help. My web is divided in two frames, up for the menu and the main for the page. I use Layout tables to struct my page. However using tables is bit same. But I got problems when I adjust them CENTER. In IE they look ok, but in Mozilla this CENTER means not whole screen of the explorer, it adjust till the scroller. So if I got scroller shown in the main page, the menu in the up that is placed into the table just not looks same as it schould be. I must to trick this and to place vertical scroolers for both 2 frames, no mather if they are needed or not...
SO is there any solution to fix this CENTER positing and to be shown same in IE and MOZILLA...i mean to hell out my verticall scrollers, and in Mozilla to CENTER to mean whole browser page including the vertical scroolers
THANK YOU...PLS HELP
:P

Without the complete code or a link, it's impossible to help. Whatever the issue, it will be with IE even though it does what you want.
