FRAMES: refreshing-reloading both frames

I have this simple HTML page:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. <html>
  2. <head>
  3. <title></title>
  4.
  5. </head>
  6.
  7. <frameset cols="220,*" FRAMESPACING="0" BORDER="0" FRAMEBORDER="0">
  8.     <frame src="left.jsp"  name="frame1" SCROLLING="auto">
  9.               <frame src="right.jsp" name="frame2" scrolling="auto" frameborder="1" border="2">
  10.
  11.     </frameset>
  12.
  13. </html>
I see that when I refresh the browser window, only the left frame reloads and the right one does not.

Both pages are coded in JSP, but both pages has the response set to "no cache:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. response.setHeader("Pragma", "no-cache");
  2. response.setHeader("Cache-Control", "no-cache");
I would like to know if there is a code to "tell" the HTML page to reload both frames when the user clicks on the refresh button.

Any help is appreciated.

---Thank you---

Ok.... I tried with this code, but it is not working:

<body bgcolor="ivory" onLoad="isMSIE(); block(document.frmSelect.year), block(document.frmSelect.day), block(document.frmSelect.time1);parent.frame2.location="right.jsp";">
