Issues with layout

Hello all,

I'm having an issue with IE (what else is new?), and the way it's laying out my site. All is well in Firefox. The wierd part is that it doesn't happen every time. The layout is very simple, made up of divs, much like below:
<div id='hdr'></div>
<div id='content'></div>
<div id='ftr'></div>
The issue is that below the footer (which should be the very last thing the user can see), there is an extra block, that looks to be the background of the content area. To see an example of this you can go to:

www.cencalfocus.com

The only page this doesn't happen on is the media kit page. It does happen on all others. Any ideas why? The site validates other than the home page which doesn't due to the flash swf.

Thanks in advance for any light anyone can shed on this issue.
