HTML Search Bar not Google

Hi all...

I've tried searching the web, but can't find what I need.

I need a search bar on a portion of a website
I know google and other sources offer free search bars but due to work constraints can't use any of the free versions that involve advertising.

the bar needs to search 1 page written in HTML.

Imagine a glossary page with a search bar at the top.

If anyone can guide me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it.

thanks,

B.S.

There is no advertising on the page showing to the viewer, but they would like you to have their name within the code ie credit and for spiders to find them.

If you're talking about something like the "Find" tool where you can search for a word/keyword in a single page....You won't be able to do this in HTML. This is something you should post in the Javascripts section, however, as you may be able to do this in JavaScript....Also this might be able to be done in PHP
