Problem with Absolute/Relative positioning in IE7

Hi,
I am in the process of creating a web site at the following address:
http://www.cca-ltd.co.uk/New/en/index.html

At the moment when you hover over the navigation links a list appears
on the training and support tabs. This works fine in Firefox but in IE
(I have v7.0) the list jumps to the right instead of dropping straight
down from the menu. If i change the positioning on the #navstrip li ul
element to relative this fixes the problem but the menu now closes
down after you hover past the first link on the list. I presume this
is because it is also set to display:none. Setting to block here means
that the list is always visible.

I presume this is an IE problem as even when I change the positioning
to relative the lists still appear perfectly in Firefox. Could anyone
let me know some ways of solving this problem?

Many thanks,
Russ Slater
